Phase 1: Choosing your equipment

Our sleep experts work with you to find equipment that fits your lifestyle. To ensure your equipment is comfortable you can even try it in a bedroom setting before taking it home. It has been documented that the key to your success is having the appropriate mask and interface in conjunction with education and timely follow-up. Sleep Easy focuses on delivering what you need for a satisfying and successful treatment.

Concerned about what insurance will pay? We’ll help you understand your coverage and work with your provider.

Phase 2: Other Lifestyle Changes

You will want to supplement your CPAP treatment with other lifestyle changes. Establish relaxing pre-sleep routines like incorporating time to wind down from your daily activities. Minimize light, noise and temperature extremes in the bedroom. Avoid strenuous exercise within two or three hours of bedtime. Avoid caffeine, nicotine or other stimulants within four hours of bedtime. Avoid large meals just before bedtime. Lastly, remove your television from your bedroom.

Phase 3: Treatment follow-up

Sleep Easy wants your long-term success with CPAP treatment. Once you take your equipment home, we continue to work with you and monitor your progress. Your physician is informed of all your treatment progress. Our goal is your long-term success.
