Rental/Purchase Conversion
Most insurance companies want you to acclimate to the therapy prior to purchase and therefore allow a two-month rental of your CPAP machine before converting it to purchase. After the rental period, if your insurance coverage allows, your machine is converted to purchase.
The rental/purchase conversion does not apply to accessories such as the humidifier, mask, headgear, tubing and filters. These items are purchased at time of delivery. Contact your health insurer for specific guidelines.
